How soon should I place my order?
The sooner the better! We recommend placing your order at least 90 days ahead of your wedding date, so that we can guarantee flower availability. If you order with less than 90 days to go, there is a chance the flowers you choose might not be available, in which case we would contact you to make adjustments. And we will do our best to fill orders as little as 14 days out from your wedding date, but please call us to discuss your needs.

When will I get my flowers?
Your flowers will be available to pick up two days prior to the wedding day you enter at checkout.

When should I return my flowers?
Flowers should be returned two days after your wedding. If you need to bring them back sooner, you can schedule a different time by calling 972-420-4652.
Can I bring my flowers back after the two-day return period?
Returns after our two-day window will be allowed only on a case-by-case basis and will need to be requested at the time of ordering.
Our return time is in place to ensure that every bride has her flowers ready for her big day, so we might not be able to accommodate all requests.
Can someone else pick up and/or return flowers for me?
Can’t be in two places at once? That’s okay. For pickup, we’ll simply need the person who placed the order to send an email stating the name of the person who will be picking the flowers up. And upon arriving, your pickup person will need to present a photo ID matching the name in the email.
For returns, you may have anyone drop them off on your behalf, but please note that you may be responsible for any items that don’t make it back to us.
Can I customize my arrangements?
Unfortunately, we cannot customize individual arrangements, but you are welcome to mix and match items within our collections. Just shop our Catalog Page.
Can I mix and match pieces from different collections?
Yes, you can. Our Catalog Page is a great way to view and shop for individual items across all collections.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled 90 days prior to your scheduled pickup date for a full deposit refund.
Orders can be changed 30 days prior to your scheduled pickup date with no additional cost to you, and as long as items are available.
Changes made less than 30 days before your scheduled pickup date will incur a fee of 10% of the cost of that item, and for each item that you’re requesting to change.
Can I see the flowers in person prior to ordering?
Of course, we’d love that! Our showroom showcases all of our collections and corresponding pieces for you to see and feel for yourself.
